The breakfast was delicious and we loved the terrace where it was served. The location was fantastic and amazing for exploring Tangalle. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Medaketiya Beach.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location is beautiful and conveniently close to Turtle Watch, with a spacious and lovely room that includes a seating area and writing table.

The staff were really kind and provided help. The food was exceptional with a great selection of choice!

I chose Ibisbird Beach Bungalow solely because of its proximity to the Parewella Natural Swimming Area, which I was really excited to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. The convenience of having these amenities made my stay even more comfortable. Additionally, I absolutely loved the international cuisine served at the onsite restaurant. The delicious lunch and dinner options satisfied my appetite and added to the overall enjoyment of my trip.

OK, this part was really a horror story. The bathroom experience was terrifying when a large black-and-white striped poisonous snake appeared on the floor while I was washing my teeth.

The staff were best! Got bungalow with comfortable bed and AC plus a seaview as expected.

This place offers charming and great accommodation in a magnificent setting near a quiet, clean beach and lagoon, with a lot of delicious food options, making for a pleasant stay every time.

The value for money at Ibisbird Beach Bungalow was excellent, and the room we stayed in was cozy and comfortable. The location right on the beach was absolutely stunning, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was a dream. The staff treated us really well and became friendlier as our stay progressed.

We loved relaxing in the beautiful garden, surrounded by palm trees and enjoying the chill-out area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the French coffee. we had a relaxing and peaceful experience at this vintage-style guesthouse.

However, I was pleasantly surprised by the featured amenities, including a 24-hour front desk and laundry facilities. The highlight for me was the guesthouse's on-site restaurant, where I enjoyed a delightful lunch with international cuisine.

Expensive food and drinks.

Spent Easter at a lovely bungalow by the beach in the south of Sri Lanka. The view of the ocean and palm trees was breathtaking. Appreciated the comfortable beds with crisp linens and plenty of soft towels. The garden was well maintained and provided a beautiful backdrop to our stay. Enjoyed exploring the local area by renting a scooter for the day.

The bungalow lacked air conditioning and made it quite hot during the warm days. The noise of the waves crashing on the shore was sometimes disruptive during the night.
